STATEMENT

On January 26, 2023, the U.S. Department of the Treasury added Spacety Co., Ltd. (Changsha) into the Specially Designated Nationals List (“SDN List”). Spacety Luxembourg S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “We” or “Us”), as the holding subsidiary of Spacety Co., Ltd. (Changsha), was implicatively added into the SDN List. We deeply regret this occurs to us.
As one of the pioneers in the global commercialization of miniaturized SAR remote sensing satellite, we have been consistently adhering to the mission of “Making Space Accessible”, committing to developing miniaturized SAR satellite with extremely cost-effective, constructing SAR constellation and providing one-stop service of SAR overall data solutions. Meanwhile, we have provided nearly twenty (20) times public welfare emergency and disaster relief services for global users under the framework of the Group on Earth Observations (GEO), including Croatia earthquake, Tonga volcano eruption, Bangladesh flood, Indonesia earthquake, Brazilian landslide, Fiji typhoon, etc.
We do hereby solemnly affirm and declare that we have been strictly abiding by the laws and regulations of relevant countries and regions in course of business development, and fully comply with the international sanctions imposed on Russia by the United States and the European Union, and never have any ties with Russia at all after international sanctions were imposed. Our products and services are all used for civil and commercial purposes and do not involve any military use. We have never had any commercial relationship, or made any deal, or signed any agreements with the Russian entity accused by the United States and we have stopped all the commercial relationships or business with other Russian entities since the Russo-Ukrainian War started, and we have never and ever participated in any form of military activities in support of the Russo-Ukrainian War and the Wagner Group.
We are now actively communicating with all parties and trying our best efforts to ensure a transparent, fair and just treatment. We are strongly eager to carry out active dialogue with relevant Luxembourg government departments, media and international cooperation organizations departments in a sincere, open and transparent manner to resolve possible differences and misunderstandings. Meanwhile, we are confident and determined to protect our legitimate rights and benefits through legal means.
In the future, we will continue to strictly abide by the laws and regulations of relevant countries in our R&D and operations activities, and to provide the most advanced technology, the most reliable products, and the best services to build a better future for human life.
